Review of To All the Boys I've Loved Before (2018) by Fawn O — 22 Nov 2018
Blatantly lacking in finesse and originality, this teen romance stumbles it's way through the predictability and occasionally kitschy dialogue with a preciously bold cast of young stars navigating their emotions to offer a gooey piece about opening oneself up to the possibility of love beyond garden variety infatuation and puppy-dog affection as best as high school can muster. It is wholly inoffensive and generally even-tempered, even at times of conflict and purpose.
