After the defeat of the Shedder, Leonardo is sent on a training mission, with the other turtle left behind.

Two years later, April O'Neal goes into the jungles of South America to get Leo back. After April convices Leonard to come back to New York to get rest of the Turtles back in shape. Upon his returns, he finds the Turtles aimless and start to put team back together,much to Splinter approval. The only one not happy is Raphael,who has been posing as Nightwatch to fight crime on his own. But there no time for warm reunion, because the Mysterious CEO, Max Winter his just got his hand a two thousand year artifacts that he has used to awaken an ancient army and their general, along with keys a gate way to an evil world. With The Foot Clan, under the honor bound Karai, is hired search for 12 beast as the last keys to puzzle.But, when Leorado is capture, Rapheal must stand up take charge rest of the Turtles and Casey Jones, former crimer fighter and April's live in boyfriend, to rescue Leo and stop Winter's plan.

While, Techincally beautiful animation and action packed, lack the human emotion that this story calls for, despite it stillar cast. The story lack a little focus as well, as movations are not always make clear. Over all, alot of good action and beautiful animation but lacks in both story and emotion.
