Let's see: They took everything that was good about the Ninja Turtles away, no Shredder, no Krang, lame villains, our heroes are stupid as hell, and the charm just isn't there. The original movies were so much better(except 3 of course, that movie was a holocaust, kind of like this one).
.. and seeing as how they weren't that good to begin with, that's very sad.
