Review of Titus (1999) by Michael Y — 31 Mar 2011
An interesting and stylish telling of Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus with a setting in a alternate-reality post-modern Fascist state (imagine Mussolini's Italy set in the 1990's). Very stylistic sets and visuals, and a really cute callback scene/reference to Silence of the Lambs that had me laughing.
