Review of Titanic (1943) by Tom F — 25 Nov 2014
A well made but mushy disaster movie, Titanic is a bit overrated and the acting is average but the main thing going for it are it's looks and special effects and few memorable moments. The film is hollow, costume design, production design and cinematography are all great but the actual acting and story can be a bit lacking.
Too much mushy romance for a historical disaster movie and some of the film can be a bit over the top at times so the film's looks are what steal the show.
