A pretty decent time travel action flick. They treat time travel with fear, in sense that it can and would be a greater threat to the world than nuclear bombs, which they say and which is true. The action is decent and the idea of policing time travel is a great subject.
I think this is only about the 2nd Van Damme film I've seen.
