This was always my favorite Van Damme movie, partially because Bloodsport and Kickboxer were just before my time, so I didn't catch them until later. But I think this movie is pretty good for a terrible action movie.
I see a lot of complaints about Jean Claude's acting. So, uh, you watch a movie called Timecop for the performances? Plot holes, bad acting, and ridiculousness are actually required for a good Van Damme movie.
