Review of Tideland (2005) by Emil K — 09 Aug 2008
This is at the same time oddly beautiful as it is disturbing. Gilliam mixes so wonderfully horror, fantasy and elements from Alice in the Wonderland, that you cannot but admire him. Without doubt this is the ultimate Gilliam-film along with the Brazil that seems to be completely free and completely insane.
What a beautifull madness this is.
