Bizarre and fooked up. Not for everyone. Many people just don't "get" it. I have issues with child molestation (not personal, just bothers me) and this covers the subject. Fortunately, it doesn't go all the way there.
Jodelle Ferland has a bright future in the twisted. See Silent Hill too.
