Review of Tickets (2005) by Maja M — 19 Aug 2007
I found the first piece a bit too dreamy for my likes, but nevertheless, fascinating. The second piece by Iran's Abbas Kiarostami was funny and outrageous, and I truly felt sorry for her assistant.
The last part of the journey was morally contemplative despite its disguise of light-heartedness. And by the end of the movie, I found myself wanting to take a train journey across Europe.
