Review of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974) by Brett T — 27 Jul 2007
Great buddy flick. Moves between funny, scary, and heartbreaking. One of the saddest endings of any 70s movie, mostly because the often lighthearted tone of the whole heist escapade means that it takes you by surprise.
Maybe Jeff Bridges' finest performance. George Kennedy is brilliant, too.
