Review of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974) by Sarfaraz A — 01 Mar 2012
Thunderbolt And Lightfoot. Starring Clint Eastwood and Jeff Bridges. Marvelous film, praiseworthy duo of Eastwood and Bridges. Plot of film is moving and gripping. Jeff Bridges' often take on Red Leary (George Kennedy) is so funny and humorous and the way Red hits back on him.
Clint's character is typical of a silent-man most of the time, showing his authoritarian position over the rest, including Red. Eddie Goody (Geoffrey Lewis) character gets funnier when he is taunted by Red most of the time. This is a must-watch film for the beauty of it, and the duo of two great actors like Clint and Jeff.
