Review of Thunderbirds (2004) by William D — 10 Aug 2007
This film could have been so so good, but unfortunately it is absolutely dreadful. The acting was awful, with the exception of Sophia Myles (who was perfect as Lady Penelope). But more importantly, the story was meaningless, and had little to do with Thunderbirds.
If you started watching half way through, you may think you are watching Spy Kids (although that is probably unfair to Spy Kids). Two other points I have to get off my chest. One, its not the bank of London, it is the Bank of England.
And two - in London we don't all clap, cheer and hug each other like Americans do following a moment of bravery.
