Review of Thunderball (1965) by Patrick C — 20 Sep 2008
Beginning a trend of overweight and useless villains Bond could kill with one hand tied behind his back by some Bond girl. It's slow and tedious at times, with the photography being the only standout feature.
Connery still owns, but the film is simply by the numbers.
