Review of Thunderball (1965) by Ken B — 22 Feb 2010
Hilariously goofy from start to finish, "Thunderball" is an excellent example of taking a credible premise and turning it into a hokey, unintelligible piece of cinematic garbage. Despite Connery's talents as an actor and action hero and the most beautiful female cast to appear in the series to this point, "Thunderball" is a nonsensical bore with about as much maturity and intelligence as an episode of "Johnny Quest" or "Scooby Doo.
