Review of Throne of Blood (1957) by Geraint B — 23 Nov 2008

Very atmospheric. Maybe TOO atmospheric. Throughout the film there seems to be an 80's hair metal smoke machine effect going on, obviously it makes sense, but it got a little tedious. The main performances were great and the shots were excellent, but again I'll have to blame Shakespeare for having a not too involving plot.
