Review of Three Identical Strangers (2018) by P S — 05 Jan 2019
As other reviewers have noted, the film takes a seriously wrong turn at the end when it bizarrely leaps into the "nature-nurture" debate by suggesting that one of the adoptive father's parenting style was a reason for the son's suicide.
This cruel and unsupported suggestion mars the entire film and even bizarrely suggests that the experiment perpetrated on its subjects could result in a conclusion about the purported purpose of the experiment.
the only reasonable conclusion is that 3 boys lives were ruined by an unethical unscientific process. now the filmmakers have added to this tragedy the malicious innuendo that if the deceased had a different father, he might still be alive.
they should be ashamed of themselves.
