Review of Three Days of the Condor (1975) by Lou S — 27 May 2008
Thrilling Sydney Pollack film starring Robert Redford as a CIA researcher who shows up to his work place to discover all of his fellow workers have been killed. Awesome set up and some very intriguing moments.
It gets a little confusing at parts, but it's always interestng and exciting (well, a couple moments with Redford and Dunaway go on a bit too long, but oh well). Max Von Sydow and Cliff Robertson are excellent in this.
The score is a bit too 70s for a thriller, but it's not that big of a deal. And when it's finally over it's odd how it sort of reflects what's going on today.
