Review of Three Days of the Condor (1975) by Teresa M — 28 Jul 2010
Ahhhh, the 70's. If you lived through them, this will bring back memories; "Dialing" the phone, cassette tapes, oil shortages. Robert Redford is beautiful, but would you sleep with him after he abducted you at gunpoint? There are many unbelievable scenarios, but what spy flick doesn't have them? Having just seen Salt, this film is missing all of the over-the-top stunts and action, but somehow it is still interesting and a good watch.
Perhaps all of that is not really needed for a good CIA thriller. Conspiracy theorists then must have loved this film, but wait, they could still love it as the topics really havent changed, just the technology.
Are all of the scenes involving the Worl Trade Center really just foreshadowing? You be the judge.
