Review of Three Coins in the Fountain (1954) by Jean L — 23 Jan 2006
I watched this movie because my mother told me that a very young Rossano Brazzi was in it. I also found a very young Louis Jordan. This movie also started the current practice of tossing coins into fountains, so my mother told me.
I enjoyed each of the storylines, except for the one with Louis Jordan. I am a romantic, and would have liked to think that the girl chasing him was in at least in love with him, not after his money, which was my impression. I could be wrong, but overall, I liked it very much, and would love to see it again.
