Review of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) by Carole C — 14 Feb 2018
It reeked of small town. It was gripping, absorbing. The grotesque horror of what had happened, the crime, that led to the continuing despair and need for answers behind the actions of the mother, Mildred, and the responses of many of the surrounding people unable to help and preferring to hit back instead of understand seemed initially underplayed but grew into an absorbing scenario.
The plot twists and lack of final resolution were so real life. The three lead actors were outstanding I thought.
