This weekend I saw this movie. And yeah.. it was good. I saw the why people like it that much. It had some crazy moral points behind it but after an event in this movie. It was hard for me not to ignore it. Frances acting is crazy in this movie and I loved her badass character through and through. Also Sam Rockwell is incredible in this movie and his characters journey in it was my favorite thing about it. Something that you won't expect in the beginning of the movie.
But still I couldn't help that after that event I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.
So yeah, I know I'm gonna be alone on this one but I didn't really understand the big wins of this movie and that it's now the big Oscar favorite. Movies like Get Out and even Dunkirk did a lot more for me. Oh but the black humor in this is great and comes at you when you least expect it.
