Is it well done? Yes. Absolutely. Is it compelling? I watched every minute of it. Did I enjoy the experience? Nope. This is a film that seeks to tell me something I know. The world is brutal and unfair.
Our choices define us. And then it leaves the definition up to the viewer. Artistically bold? Not really. There are so many films that say this same thing and yet find humor and character.
