Whoa this movie sucked! from the first scene, which is a moody couple shots of...wait for it...the three billboards, I knew this movie was going to be obvious, heavy handed and cheesy AF. why are all the characters caricatures? why does dickson not get in trouble for throwing a man out a window? why does the ex-husband's girlfriend have to be so stupid? why it it no big deal when the ex chokes frances and then the son puts a knife to his throat? this game is like cards against humanity.
it's shocking and thrilling, if you are super basic.
