Review of Three Bewildered People in the Night (1987) by Mike T — 19 Jan 2011
Although the characters at the core of this film are narcissistic, self-important whiners, there is a lot of value in the movie itself. Araki crafts a story that, although overwrought and often strained, feels sincere and even tender at times.
There are some really promising directorial decisions as well that anticipate the career of a very skilled, and equally uneven filmmaker.
