Review of Thoroughly Modern Millie (1967) by Katrina W — 28 Mar 2008
Being the antique and earlier 20th century -era lover that I am, I really enjoyed it-especially Julie Andrews as the title character!=) It was a trip with the many spoofs on the 20's era clothes, attitude and music-and it was refreshing that there was a mystery intertwined in the story setting it apart from being a fluffy musical-though those are fun too.
.but can be tiring. To wrap it up, I enjoyed it...thoroughly!=).
