Review of Thoroughly Modern Millie (1967) by Brian H — 17 Aug 2009
"Razzberries!" ... once you see crazy Carol Channing in this flick - the word "Razzberries" sounds like some hippychick lingo and takes on new meaning ... Julie Andrews and Mary Tyler Moore provide more than a few sarcastic chuckles in this '67 musical that satirizes the Roaring 20's .
.. lots of cool costumes and tap dancing in elevators ... although not the best musical in the world, it did have a strong 1st hour and then kind of went "boring" until the surprise finale ..
