Dark and witty is the best way of describing Thoroughbreds. Olivia Cooke and Anya Taylor-Joy play their respective roles brilliantly, especially the latter. The bond between the two felt real and naturally progressed and evolved as the movie went on.
The humor is often subtle and twisted, but if you're into that sort of thing, this is a must-watch!
