I've seen this movie, oh, maybe five times now. Watching it again last night I realised that although my original reactions to most of the characters stick (yay Jane! Jane's great!), I have almost completely reversed my view about Loki.
When the film first came out I said some fairly disparaging things about Loki being the new Draco in leather trousers. I am now almost as 'aww, poor tortured morally ambiguous self-centred frost giant baby' as the next squeeing fan.
