This film is not as good as it could have been or should have been. But Natalie Wood is ravishing, having escaped for once from the clutches of the Warner Bros make-up department who caked her with paste on the pictures she made for that studio.
There seems to be some chemistry with Redford too. This one is not the disaster that it is sometimes made out to be.
