Dated, boring, campy, underwhelming, and blissfully unaware of itself, This Island Earth's only redeeming quality in its wonderful performances save it from true atrocity to mediocrity.
Verdict: It's watchable.....only if Mike Nelson and two robots provide a running commentary. Seeing as how they've done it and all.
