Probably the best known 'mockumentary' there is (and the movie that created the term) "This Is Spinal Tap" tells the story of fictional rock band Spinal Tap and their struggle to make it big on the US music market.
The movie was totally right for it's time (spoofing the late 70's-early 80's hard rock bands) and still pretty relevant today (just watch Metallica's "Some Kind Of Monster") and has many funny satire scenes.
However I don't feel the movie is all that great as a whole, even with it's many memorable scenes. Still, a cinema classic on it's own right. Turn it to 11!
