I am having a hard time reviewing this documentary . . . . while it made some great points about the MPAA's control over film and media, somehow I just wish that more information was given in this film. The informative parts of the documentary really had me. On the other hand - the "filler" movie scenes and private investigator scenes seemed to just drag the documentary on for no reason at times.

I did however love the interviews, and the scenes from the respective films completely made sense to me. Overall This Film is Not Yet Rated sounded an alarm to the public for the MPAA . . . . but still didn't answer anything about the future.

So goes many documentaries I suppose....
