This film has the attitude that it's important but it is really just a weak movie. Instead of exploring why certain films get rated what they are rated, it rants about how unfair it is. Yes, sex and violence are rated different and the indie films get shafted over the majors.

We knew this already before watching. It goes on and on. The answers are even remotely given to the questions this movie brings up. The private investigators that look for the rating board members is too long and after awhile I lost interest.
