For any movie buff who has always wondered why women can go down on men and still get a PG-13, but if a woman goes down on another woman, it's NC-17, this movie is for you. Filled with true accounts from directors who have faced the dreaded NC-17 and a plot to expose the secretive MPAA board of raters, this movie is a fun romp through the ridiculousness of the American movie rating system and makes us all wonder who decided that blowing someone's brains out is not as deplorable as making sensuous love to your wife.
