I'd never paid much attention to ratings apart from when I couldn't buy the video or get into a show, so when I watched this I didn't really know how it all worked so i'd say that in comparison to most viewers I was slightly in the dark.

Its pretty obvious to say though that most organisations are corrupt somehow. As a whole the film is interesting, somewhat funny and weirdly invasive. I think the whole thing with the private investigator was a bit strange - not that I thought it was over the top but the fact that getting the names of these people didn't really say to me that it would change the system in a big way at all, I wasn't quite sure what they were trying to achieve other than being able to scrutinize these people more easily, it seemed to me that these people were just puppets of the studios, and that's where they should go to fight.

..but how do you fight massive corporations that own over 90% of the american media? i'm not entirely sure what i'm reviewing this over, the content or the actual film-making itself but I guess its making me think hours after watching STILL!.

On top of all of this ramble I did like the portions of interview involving the film directors and their experiences with the MPAA. I've seen that it is so hard to get a film made/financially supported and now I see that even after the film is made you've still got to go through a whole load of other shit.
