This film triumphed in parts but failed in others, the private investigation sections are totally pointless and surplus to requirements which opens up a wider debate about feature length documentaries which often struggle to maintain interest, that said, the history of the MPAA and the personal testimony of filmmakers and their experience of the MPAA is whats of real interest.
