Review of Third Star (2010) by Victoria O — 25 May 2011
This is undoubtedly the film to see at the moment. With excellent acting and a nicely subtle story, Third Star is one of those rare gems of a film that talks about death in a way that doesn't make you want to leave.
James is a well rounded character who isn't a saint or a martyr, and you will find yourself emphasising not only with him, but his three friends too. Definitely the most powerful film I've seen in a while - our cinema was silent after the credits rolled.
