Review of Then She Found Me (2007) by Linda S — 06 Sep 2008
Although the box describes this is hilarious, it's not really a comedy and covers a lot of life drama and tragedy pretty quickly: marriage, infertility, infidelity, divorce, death, dating, adoption.
.. it's all here. I thought it had some definite flaws. Didn't "get" casting of Matthew Broderick as supposedly sexy-but-immature bad-boy type. And Helen Hunt character made some infuriatingly stupid choices.
Still, I ended up caring about what happened to her. And nobody does the solid, decent, romantic, good-guy lead better than Colin Firth... despite one scene where his character says some pretty horrible things.
