Review of Then She Found Me (2007) by Carolyn M — 08 Nov 2008
I really liked Helen Hunt in this. She's waaaayyyy too skinny, but I'm hoping she did it for the role! Matthew Broderick plays the typical Peter Pan-guy and I wanted to beat him up for most of the movie.
Colin Firth plays a quirky, single Dad, loving and hating where he is in his life. And Bette Midler's non-stop-talking birth mother is perfect in her role as Hunt's mother. I really, really liked this movie -- so much so that I'd buy it.
