Review of Then She Found Me (2007) by Carmelo H — 14 Jan 2012
This movie, which Helen Hunt directed and help write, was surprisingly good. It took awhile, but by the time it was over I was touched by the characters, particularly Hunt's. Everyone in it was good, especially Colin Firth as Hunt's new love interest.
Watched it again, for the second time apparently! I have no recollection of having seen it previously. I was impressed with the writing (Helen Hunt is listed as one of the writers, as well as director). Bette Midler was especially good as Hunt's alleged natural mother.
