Review of The Young Victoria (2009) by Shanna C — 03 May 2010
This movie tells the story of how Queen Victoria had her start and all the hardships she went through in her early years. It goes over her relationship with Prince Albert as well. I found this movie very well written and well acted especially by Emily Blunt who did wonderful as Queen Victoria.
Not much happens in the film, but it definitely was enjoyable to me. If you like Victorian dramas you'll love this movie...if not there's nothing here that'll really change your mind it's for a set kind of audience.
Nonetheless I throughly enjoyed The Young Victoria.
