Review of The Young and the Damned (1950) by Jens T — 04 Jun 2011
Luis Buñuel's Los Olvidados, the mexican answer on De Sica's Bicycle Thieves it's a realistic and honest adaption of the mexican poverty life. In this picture we follow the every day life of a gang of teenage boys who have no education and make a living by stealing.
A honest and good film, maybe the most honest of it's time besides Bicycle Thieves.
