As a true X-Phile from the 90's, I was massively disappointed. Not only was there not real story or plot, but the pining between Mulder and Scully really became monotonous. The movie was just boring.
none of the mythology, creepiness, science fiction that made the X-Files fresh and different. A two-headed dog. Big wow.
