Review of The Wrestler (2008) by Josh O — 24 Oct 2011
Brilliant performance by Mickey Rourke and great direction by Darren Aronofsky. It's a shame Rourke didn't end up winning the oscar because he is such an under looked actor. Marisa also played her role well and even with Evan Rachel Wood's limited screen time she brought a good performance.
Aronofsky's best so far.
