Part superhero flick, part sci-fi, part Fast and The Furious. Gang of car racers responsible for the killing of a local kid are picked off one by one by someone in a mysterious black car that seems to have special powers.
Does the new kid in town (Charlie Sheen) have anything to do with this, or could a spirit of vengeance be on the loose? Watch and find out, you won't be disappointed. Classic 80's action.
