It's typical 80's trash. Charlie Sheen gets killed in a car crash and comes back as a super car racing demon in the form of a black sports car and seeks revenge. It's pretty stupid and every death involves Sheen's car acting as a roadblack subsequently causing everything that touches it to explode.
Funny for about 5 minutes.
