A truly awful slice of the 1980's. No script, bad acting, a gang you would laugh at if you saw in the street and a poorly executed, lacklustre premise. I'll give it a whole extra full star because I lost my heart to Sherilynn Fenn when 'Twin Peaks' came out and she looks stunning throughout.
