Review of The World's End (2013) by Edward D — 18 Apr 2014
The World's End is another often hilarious film from Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. It's funny and clever, with great chemistry between the leads and a heart that makes you care. But it does struggle to be both a pub-crawl-comedy and sci-fi-action film at the same time - in many places the humor is pushed aside by the big action set pieces (but they're almost as entertaining).
