Although it lacks the polish and impeccable comedic timing of "Shaun" or "Hot fuzz", its darker atmosphere and more mature, complex themes and characters more than balance it out. And of course, like the other members of the Cornetto trilogy, its packed to the teeth with tiny details that make re-watches obligatory.
